I wanted the kids to get to "hike" a little in the mountains and wade in the creek. Our hike was just a few yards! :) But they had fun! Victoria didn't get to see a bear, but we did see some ducks and (according to Victoria) a "giant snail." Charlie doesn't quite grasp the "wading" concept - he just wanted to dive right in, so he and Victor were soaking wet by the time we were through!
