We decided to venture out and do some sightseeing this trip (we haven't done much of that since having kids!). So we took Victoria, Charlie, our niece Nicole, and Victor's cousin Gali downtown! We rode a bus to the subway station, then took the subway to "el centro." By the time we got through with some VERY crowded bus and subway rides (thankfully there are still people out there who will give up their seats for a pregnant lady!) and arrived downtown to 105 degree temperatures with three preschoolers, we were wondering what we had been thinking! :) Here we are with Sierra de la Silla in the background and in front of the Fuente de la Vida. We walked a little and found a nice shady park, but then Victoria had to go to the bathroom! So . . . we just decided to go find a bathroom and get something to eat and then back to the house! It may be awhile before we try that again!
