Jan Brett

Another new aspect of our school is a monthly author's study. Since many of her books went along with our snow theme, in January we focused on Jan Brett. Among others, we read The Mitten, The Hat, The Three Snow Bears, and The Gingerbread Baby.

Here we "sewed" together two mittens, covered them in cotton, and put all our animals inside!
