Here are some pics of the flood damage in Monterrey - as I said, there was no damage where Victor's parents live, but he and my in-laws went to see some of the damage and to take some clothes to a shelter in one of the local Baptist churches. Victor says this is actually minor damage compared to the worst hit areas in downtown Monterrey - you can see that part of the house is just gone, and there were about four feet of mud inside.
