Well, fall is here and the Indian costumes have come out! The kids had two opportunities recently to be Indians with Grandmother and Grandpapa - the first was to visit Caddo Mounds Indian Cultural Day where they were able to meet descendants of the Caddo tribe, make bracelets and necklaces, participate in the Alligator Dance, and, the highlight of all Indian pow-wows, eat cotton candy! :)
