February - Rodriguez Academy

We did manage to get a little school in despite having a new baby around the house in February! We finished "The Long Winter" (Little House series) - reading that was the only snow we experienced this year! :) We also enjoyed reading some new authors - Alvin Tresselt, Janice Udry, and Uri Shulevitz have written some wonderful books! We read some great history books in February too - several biographies for President's Day about Lincoln and Washington and some for Black History Month - the kids' favorite was George Washington Carver! I thought I took a few pictures, but I can't seem to find anything except this one of the kids making Valentines! :)
